Bright kitchen island
This showroom kitchen impresses with backlit natural stone, unique material combinations, and an exceptional presentation where light becomes the central design element. The character of this kitchen in our Werkhaus showroom is defined by light, materials, and a clear design language. The backlit natural stone island makes a strong statement while simultaneously creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rose-colored fronts lend the ensemble a modern elegance, while the solid chestnut counter functionally zones the area and serves as a social hub. The design embodies exclusivity and follows the trend of backlit kitchens. Here, light becomes a defining element, bathing the kitchen in a unique ambiance.
Kitchen technology and materials
The kitchen island is made of Cristallo Imperiale, a highly transparent, polished quartzite. The integrated surface lighting from Hera makes the stone shine impressively. The light color can be adjusted and dimmed continuously, allowing the natural stone to reveal its full depth and texture.
The solid chestnut bar counter has a 14 cm thick, oiled, round shape and forms a warm, natural contrast to the luminous natural stone block. Precisely milled bottle holes and round recesses serve as elegant shelves and bowls.
The kitchen cabinetry is finished in an exclusive rosé matte lacquer, perfectly matching the copper-rose surface of the Quooker Fusion Square tap with hot water function. Technically, the kitchen is equipped with a BORA M Pure surface induction cooktop with recirculation and the XBO oven, which is integrated into the back wall with built-in seating niches.
