Kitchen island with artistic wrought iron fronts
This kitchen combines striking metal surfaces, modern kitchen technology and a special architectural design: Two separate islands, distinctive materials and high-quality craftsmanship form an exclusive kitchen set.
Materials and technology in a high-quality combination
The kitchen combines exceptional materials with modern kitchen technology. The fronts of both islands feature brass panels specially manufactured for Werkhaus. The back panels are made of black-stained oak. The worktop, side panels, and backsplash are crafted from filled and polished limestone.
The tall cabinet wall continues in the same oak finish and is complemented by forged, wall-mounted shelves made of solid brass. Technically, the kitchen is equipped with a BORA Pro system, which includes an induction wok and a full-surface induction cooktop in “All Black”. Appliances from the new Gaggenau Expressive series: a conventional oven, a steam oven, and a vacuum drawer, as well as Vario refrigerators, a wine cooler, and a dishwasher complete the high-quality features. Two Quooker taps in a “Gunmetal” finish offer maximum flexibility for everyday use.
The kitchen’s spatial concept is exceptional. Two separate islands stand on a continuous base, forming a single unit over 6.5 meters long. A table positioned in the center connects the two zones, creating a central gathering point.
The combination of dark oak, artfully crafted brass, and travertine creates an elegant, timeless atmosphere. The design, with its sliding doors, open metal shelves, and sculptural island, makes the kitchen a striking piece.
In addition, the appropriate lighting from Licht im werkhaus ensures a modern, representative showroom kitchen with a truly unique selling point.
For our werkhaus kitchens, we use materials from the region and work together with experienced local craftspeople. This creates a regional value chain where quality, durability, and sustainability are a given.
