A Striking Mix of Material
The 18 cm wide, solid and rough hewn worktop made of ancient aquatic limestone creates the highlight of this contrasting, but harmonious material composition. Resting on a block of stainless steel, the slab attracts attention with smart details like milled-out sinks and conical edging. A generous niche manufactured of antique timber provides a calming visual effect, while at the same time serving as an indispensable work surface. The frame is provided by matte white lacquered wall cabinets. Perfectly fitted to the ceiling height, they cover the entire rear walls and have a shadow gap of a mere 10 mm. The drawer fronts are hand-forged black steel.
The specially designed upholstered bench, right beside the cooking island, is a perfect place to end the day with a cosy chat with the chef.
